Refund & Return Policy for Modesty of Muslimah
At Modesty of Muslimah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as gloves, socks, and innercaps cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
Personal care products (e.g., hairbrushes, massagers) if opened or used.
Customized or specially ordered items.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was delivered faulty or damaged.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team before sending it back.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return process will apply.

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all products sold under Modesty of Muslimah, including sandalwood combs, hairbrushes, massagers, metal hairpins, imported gloves & socks, lace sleeves, innercaps, and UPF 50+ sun protection accessories.
